Welcome to the Magnolia Avenue Employee Lot page where registered businesses may manage their parking account and interested businesses may apply for access to the Lot.

The Magnolia Avenue Employee Parking Lot was established to be utilized solely by businesses located in the Urban Core (UC).  Businesses located in the UC are permitted access to the Lot for the sole purpose of providing current employees with designated parking during their work shifts.

The Lot is accessed through a license plate recognition system.  Registered businesses may use the portal below to access the Ventek system to manage their account.  Interested businesses may apply for access to the Lot by clicking the 'Magnolia Avenue Lot Parking Application' link below.
