As a registered vendor, you will receive email notification of all solicitation opportunities that correspond with the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) commodity code(s) associated with your vendor account.
Please complete the following online form to be added to the City of Auburn’s Vendor List and receive notification of solicitation opportunities. Effective January 1, 2015, the City no longer direct mails solicitation documents. All solicitation notifications and documents are made available through the City’s online procurement system.
To complete registration, both the 'Vendor Information' and 'NIGP Codes' tabs will need to be completed.
